Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and welcoming Receptionist to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this pivotal front-desk role, you will serve as the face and voice of their organization, providing exceptional administrative support while thriving in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, issue guest passes, and operate the electronic access control system to buzz in authorized individuals.

• Call Handling & Correspondence: Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line telephone calls promptly; manage general company email inquiries and direct messages to appropriate staff.

• Administrative Support: Perform daily office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and organizing digital and physical document management systems.

• Onboarding Logistics: Prepare and assemble comprehensive physical and digital new-hire orientation packets, ensuring all forms are up to date.

• Mail & Package Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and courier packages; prepare outgoing mail and schedule package pickups.

• Office Maintenance & Supplies: Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and basic breakroom amenities, placing replenishment orders as needed to keep reception and common areas orderly.
