Our Employee Ownership Program provides employees with a direct stake in the company's success. Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste while keeping a lean mentality and hitting production goals is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising and leading warehouse employees. Maintain and surpass production goals. Monitor beginning‑to‑end production of projects. Ensure successful flow of production. Communicate end‑of‑day production to Supervisor. Act as Supervisor when needed. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training in a co-pack or warehouse environment in a lead role. Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. Education and/or Experience Required: GED or H.S. Diploma. College experience or degree is a plus. Language Skills: English – written and oral required. Spanish – written and oral a plus, but not required. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in environments with limited standardization; interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; identify root cause and determine corrective action. Physical Demands: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must operate phone systems using keyboard and buttons. Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. Work in an indoor/office environment with repetitive hand motion. Required to talk, hear, stand, and walk regularly. May work over 8 continuous hours when required. Must maintain accuracy under stress and concentrate on multiple tasks. Must read and discern visual images on various media with corrected 20/20 vision. Must communicate clearly over the telephone. Must be in sound physical health as determined by a physician with no evidence of controlled substance use. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles; noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
