As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you’ll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We’re looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required CPR and First Aid certification required Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) Benefits At AlphaBEST, we offer real experience, hands‑on training, and tools to advance your career.
