The Opportunity: Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Penn Station) at least 3 days/week. What You'll Do What You Need
- 10+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft - and a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end
- Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and design system architecture
- Experience contributing to or scaling a design system across a product or team
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Fluency with AI tools to move from concept to prototype
- Strong communicator - you can articulate design rationale clearly to engineers, PMs, and stakeholders, and you hold your perspective while staying open to new ideas
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the challenge of bringing clarity to complex problems
- Hybrid in New York City Office
