What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in New York with a focus on the Diversified Industrials & Services sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work hard in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at one time. Experience running sell-side M&A transactions is a must. What We're Looking For Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings. Education & Experience Minimum Required: Bachelors' degreeMinimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience Licenses & Credentials Minimum Required: FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Compensation Range Salary: USD $250,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
