Night Hospitalist APP Opportunity in Odessa, TX

Join an established inpatient hospitalist program in a dedicated nighttime APP role offering a 7-on/7-off schedule and up to 180K in first-year compensation . You'll work alongside a dedicated nocturnist physician with strong specialty support.

Position Highlights

• 7-on/7-off , Tuesday-Monday | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Work alongside a dedicated physician nocturnist
• Hospitalist service manages an approximately 90-patient census
• Physician handles admissions, codes, and rapid responses
  
  
  • APPs are not responsible for running codes
• Level III Trauma Center with strong specialty support
• EMR: Cerner

Compensation & Benefits

• 160,000 base salary
• 10,000 quality bonus + 10,000 sign-on bonus
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• Simple IRA with 3% employer match after one year
• Licensure, DEA, and professional association expenses reimbursed

Qualifications & Community

• NP or PA with hospitalist/inpatient experience preferred.
• ACNP/AGACNP certification is preferred for NPs but not required.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Located in the growing Midland-Odessa region of West Texas with an affordable cost of living, strong school options, and convenient air travel through Midland International Air & Space Port.
