Job Overview

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team as Roofing Sales Project Managers at OKC and Dallas.

This is a field-based, commission-driven role focused on:

• Generating new business
• Identifying roofing opportunities (especially storm-related damage)
• Closing deals with homeowners
• Managing projects from signed agreement to completion

This is not an office job . This role is for individuals who are comfortable being in the field, creating opportunities, and taking full ownership of their pipeline and income.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and identify residential properties with potential roof damage (hail, wind, storm-related)
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing when needed
• Engage directly with homeowners and build trust
• Educate clients on roofing solutions and insurance-based restoration processes
• Generate and manage your own leads consistently
• Present proposals and close deals
• Oversee projects from contract signing through final completion
• Coordinate with roofing crews and ensure quality and timelines are met
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire process
• Track and manage multiple active projects at once

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (commission-based experience is a strong plus)
• Strong ability to generate your own leads (not reliant on inbound)
• Comfortable working outdoors and approaching homeowners
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self-starter with a high level of accountability
• Ability to manage time, pipeline, and multiple projects independently

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Roofing sales experience
• Construction or home improvement background
• Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience
• Experience handling insurance-related claims (storm restoration)
