Social Media Account Manager - Paid Social

Responsibilities Serve as the primary forward-facing paid social strategiston various client account(s), building relationships with assigned clients andteams Execute paid social buys in collaboration with variousinternal teams Work with and guide design team to create visual ad elements Offer copywriting for paid social ads Work with clients and internal teams to define successmetrics and evaluate business impact of digital strategies and projects Develop reporting templates Offer daily monitoring and analysis of results across paidsocial platforms Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports andplans Ensure ongoing education around tactics and emerging trendsrelevant to paid social, AI integrations, and client industries Educate internal teams and clients on trends, behaviors, andtechnologies Seek outways to grow existing client business Provide insights and recommendations when pitching newbusiness Requirements 3-6+ years managing paid social media efforts Deep understanding of advertising, website, e-comm, andbusiness metrics Deep experience with ad campaign planning, set-up,management, analysis, and reporting Hands-on planning and buying experience across Meta andTikTok, ideally with experience across other social platforms, such as Snap,LinkedIn, and Pinterest Copywriting ability Close familiarity with unpaid social media tactics andinfluencer marketing Adaptable, flexible Position is eligible for hybrid or in-office work options 3 p.m. Fridays year-round 401k plan Up to 12 paid holidays Holiday Break between Christmas and New Year’s Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans Company-provided life and disability insurance Why MGH?
