Pay: $17–$19 per hour | Flexible Scheduling | Supportive Team

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes. If you take pride in helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and daily routines, we’d love to have you join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning while following safe care practices.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to each client’s care plan; this is a non-clinical role.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to the office team.
• Follow individualized care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility required .
• HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required .
