This night shift position involves managing patients with renal failure, COVID, and unstable cardiac conditions, including peritoneal dialysis patients, with a focus on telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, and NURSYS required.
• Education and Experience: 2 years of experience in telemetry or related field preferred; minimum of 2 years required.
• Location Requirements: No local candidates within 75 miles; must hold license in hand at time of submittal if applicable.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include managing adult patients with complex diagnoses such as cardiac arrhythmias, renal failure, and COVID, conducting peritoneal dialysis procedures, and utilizing electronic charting systems, specifically EPIC.
• Clinical support includes IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, and social services.
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and knowledge of peritoneal dialysis are essential.
• Open to float within scope to meet facility needs; orientation involves 40 hours of training.
• Submission: All submittals must include supporting certifications, licensure verification, and compliance documentation.
