I’m working with a Tampa firm looking to add a Litigation Partner with an established book of business and the appetite to keep building.
This will suit someone with portable business in the $500,000 plus range , although the real conversation is around the quality of the clients, the type of work, and what the practice could become with the right platform behind it.
The firm can offer strong support, capable attorneys around you, sensible leadership and room to grow without feeling buried inside a structure that slows everything down.
