Project Coordinator

Legacy Steel, a rapidly growing company that supports the construction, integrator, general contractor, and material handling markets, is seeking a competent individual to join our Project Management department. This role will support, and report to, Manager of Project Management. Position offered: Project Coordinator As a Project Coordinator you will play an integral part of Legacy’s Project Management team. This position is focused on performing and managing daily tasks to ensure our projects are successful. Contract Administration: Coordinate activities related to contract administration, order modifications, and procurement. Project Management: Manage project life cycle from award to close out. Ensure adherence to internal and customer project schedules through effective follow-up and tracking methods. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster growth and loyalty. Time Management: Prioritize time-sensitive tasks to deliver exceptional customer service. Documentation: Create, prepare, edit, and proofread documents and other correspondence. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, departments, and management. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses against projected budgets, specifically in Epicor. Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions to address challenging project circumstances. Organizational Efficiency: Create and maintain an organized and efficient work environment, even in a rapidly changing context. Proactive Approach: Anticipate the needs of customers and team members, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
