Skilled & Experienced HVAC Service Technician

KBH Heating and Cooling is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively and within a timely manner. 

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and troubleshoot problems
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components
• Experience as a service technician with a focus on repair and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics for efficient troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently
