About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and nutrition management

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio

• Active RN license in good standing
