Engineering Manager

job summary:
We are looking for skilled senior engineer with hands-on experience on Copilot, Copilot Studio and creation of agents. Their primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Other key responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices.

responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product requirements - enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
• Hands-on experience using copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
• Hands-on experience in agentic development.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams

qualifications:
Required Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of Industry experience.

Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree is required

Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes a deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.

Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must

3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)

Hands-on experience in designing and building applications using copilot.
