Product Owner

Focused on the strategic direction and ongoing development of the Cervey claims administration platform, the full-time Product Owner will work remotely to manage product vision, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business and regulatory needs. Key responsibilities Own the Cervey product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on business value and operational needs Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product specifications Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities, identifying automation potential and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements Required qualifications Proven experience in product ownership and strategy, particularly in claims administration or related fields Strong understanding of pharmacy claims administration and adjudication processes Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Compliance Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements effectively
