This position provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Necco's Wraparound program, with responsibility for program growth, financial performance, service quality, fidelity, staff development, and community partnerships. The Wraparound Director is responsible for ensuring services are delivered consistently with the Wraparound model, contractual and regulatory requirements, and Necco's standards for quality and performance.You should be accurately described as:A happy warrior who thrives on leading from the front with strategic thinking. development, growth, and sustainability of the Wraparound programPartner with the State Director to identify opportunities to expand services, strengthen referral relationships, and respond to community needsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, payers, and other key stakeholdersMonitor program census, referrals, service utilization, capacity, and other indicators impacting program growthOversee Wraparound program budgets and monitor financial performance against established expectationsMonitor service delivery and productivity to ensure appropriate utilization of available program resourcesPartner with the State Director and Finance Department to address billing processes, service authorization concerns, documentation barriers, collection rates, and other factors impacting program revenueReview program trends and data to identify operational or financial concerns and develop appropriate corrective strategiesDevelop community partnerships and resources that support the needs of children, families, and Wraparound teamsQuality, Performance & Risk ManagementMaintain overall responsibility for ensuring Wraparound services are delivered in accordance with established program phases, principles, and fidelity requirementsMonitor program fidelity and implement strategies to address identified areas of improvementEnsure documentation meets Necco, payer, contractual, regulatory, and Wraparound model expectationsMonitor documentation timeliness and accuracy and ensure identified deficiencies are addressedOversee program contracts, invoicing requirements, authorizations, and other administrative requirements associated with service deliveryMaintain effective communication and collaboration with applicable state agencies, managed care organizations, referral partners, and other external stakeholders regarding program and case-related concernsMonitor program outcomes, including family team progress, Plans of Care, CANS assessments, service utilization, and other identified performance indicators.Use program data and outcomes to identify trends, establish priorities, and develop improvement initiativesParticipate in internal and external audits, fidelity reviews, quality reviews, and other monitoring activitiesDevelop and oversee corrective action plans when quality, compliance, documentation, or performance concerns are identifiedEnsure critical incidents, safety concerns, and other reportable events are escalated promptly and appropriately in accordance with Necco policy and applicable requirementsEnsure ethical, legal, contractual, and mandated reporting responsibilities are consistently followedIdentify and escalate program-level risks that may impact safety, service quality, financial performance, compliance, or organizational reputationEstablish appropriate expectations for immediate intervention when concerns arise regarding the safety, permanency, or well-being of children and familiesLeadership & Staff DevelopmentProvide leadership, supervision, coaching, and accountability to Wraparound program staffEnsure the ten Wraparound principles are understood, implemented, and consistently demonstrated throughout service deliveryEstablish clear performance expectations for Wraparound Facilitators and other assigned program staffMonitor staff productivity, caseloads, service delivery, documentation, and other performance expectationsReview program and employee performance data regularly and address performance concerns proactivelyEnsure facilitator documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes, including the established two-day documentation expectationProvide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to strengthen staff effectiveness and adherence to the Wraparound modelEnsure new employees receive appropriate onboarding and training related to documentation, service types, Necco programs, service delivery expectations, community partnerships, and their specific job responsibilitiesParticipate in family team meetings as appropriate for coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, quality oversight, or support of the facilitator and family teamCreate an environment where employees understand expectations, receive meaningful feedback, and are held accountable for program and individual performanceIdentify training or development needs across the team and coordinate resources to address identified gapsSupport employee engagement, retention, and succession planning within the programAttend and actively participate in leadership meetings, team meetings, and other organizational initiativesUse data to develop and lead initiatives aligned with Necco's Balanced Scorecard and organizational prioritiesCommunity & Stakeholder PartnershipsServe as a key representative of Necco's Wraparound program within the communityMaintain productive relationships with referral agencies, community providers, schools, state agencies, managed care organizations, and other stakeholdersPromote effective communication between Necco, families, community partners, and referral sourcesIdentify opportunities to strengthen the network of community supports and resources available to children and familiesRespond to stakeholder concerns professionally and work collaboratively to resolve barriers impacting service deliveryCommunicate emerging community, referral, payer, or service trends to State leadership and recommend strategies to respondCorporate CitizenPractice Ruthless to and contribute to the Necco meeting structurePosition Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageMaster's Degree, in a human services related field, professional license preferredMinimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with children and/or families experiencing emotional or behavioral health needsPrevious leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred.Knowledge of Wraparound principles, systems of care, behavioral health services, or family-driven care preferredValid driver's license100/300/100 Auto Insurance CoverageTraining and Travel
