• Dental experience or treatment planning experience required : 1+ years
• Strong communication and sales confidence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Positive attitude with professional appearance
• Comfortable discussing finances and closing cases
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Upbeat, hard working, and compassionate
• Bi-lingual a plus

Job Duties Include:

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Discuss financial options, estimates, and payment arrangements
• Help patients understand the value of comprehensive care
• Coordinate scheduling for larger cases
• Follow up on pending treatment
• Create a warm, welcoming experience from consult to completion
• Support practice growth through strong case acceptance
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Coordinating with insurance companies on behalf of the patient
• A variety of administrative duties
