Help the Spa Thrive.Bring your spa and hospitality leadership experience to The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four Diamond hotel combining historic character, upscale accommodations, and modern amenities in downtown Mobile.We're looking for a Spa Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, developing talented associates, and helping lead a successful spa operation.Working closely with the Spa Director, you'll help manage day-to-day operations, coach and support the spa team, maintain exceptional service and facility standards, and contribute to the sales and financial performance of the department.For someone who enjoys the intersection of wellness, hospitality, people leadership, and business, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of Mobile's distinctive hotels.What You'll DoHelp lead daily spa operations, partnering with the Spa Director to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality experience for guests and associates while providing leadership in the Director's absence.Develop and support the spa team through training, coaching, clear expectations, feedback, recognition, and an open, collaborative leadership approach.Create exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, engaging with guests, responding effectively to concerns, and using feedback to continuously improve.Support spa sales and revenue growth through effective upselling, retail initiatives, promotions, group opportunities, and strategies that help the department achieve its sales goals.Maintain an exceptional spa environment by managing supplies and inventory, supporting retail merchandising, and ensuring spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained.Support strong business performance by monitoring staffing, payroll, expenses, demand, and operating results while helping the Spa Director identify opportunities to maximize revenue and manage costs.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a leader who understands that a great spa experience comes from both exceptional service and an exceptional team.Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or a related guest-service environment, with leadership or supervisory experience.A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.A people-focused leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, train, and develop associates.Strong organization, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.An understanding of the business side of spa operations, including sales, retail, staffing, inventory, expenses, and opportunities to grow revenue.Why The Battle House?The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond hotel offering guests much more than a traditional hotel stay.
