Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Kentucky
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• 40 hours per week
• 30 productivity points per week
• No on-call requirement
• Weekend rotation required
• Potential availability on observed holidays is required
• Coverage area includes Hardin County, Meade County, and Breckinridge County
• May float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
• Mileage is reimbursed from the first patient's home to the last patient's home
