We provide a full-service, compassionate approach to organizing and conducting estate sales, handling every detail with professionalism and care.Position OverviewWe are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Estate Sale Team Members to assist with the preparation and execution of estate sales. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have an eye for organization and presentation, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesStaging and organizing household items for sale (furniture, dcor, kitchenware, collectibles, etc.)Research and accurately price items included in the saleMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sale environmentGreet and assist customers during sale days in a friendly and professional mannerAssist with post-sale breakdown and cleanup as neededQualificationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicFriendly, approachable, and customer-service orientedAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move items (up to 3050 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periodsFlexible availability, especially on weekendsPrior retail, estate sale, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferA supportive and respectful team environmentFlexible, part-time schedulingOpportunities to learn about antiques, collectibles, and resale marketsThe chance to make a meaningful impact by helping clients through important life transitionsOngoing training and development opportunitiesCompensation: $20.00 per hour
