Clinical Support TechnicianPark Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.Required Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:High school diploma or GED2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experienceComplete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hireLicensure/ Registration/ Certification:Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Demonstrated organizational skillsDemonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spellingDemonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative mannerDemonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptionsPreferred Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experienceCurrent BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained.
