Job Description

Renier Hotopp Law Offices, LLC is seeking an experienced, professional, and personable Receptionist to join our Burlington office.

We are looking for someone with strong phone skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to serve as the welcoming face of the office.

This person will be responsible for greeting clients, managing the reception area, and answering phones while helping create a professional and welcoming environment for everyone who contacts or visits the firm.

This position also offers an opportunity for growth into an Office Manager role for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet clients and visitors as they arrive at the office
• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact
• Manage the front desk and reception area
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

• Previous professional receptionist or front-desk experience
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Experience interacting professionally with clients, customers, or visitors
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to represent the firm professionally as the first point of contact
• Dependability and professionalism
• Interest in growing within the firm and potentially developing into an Office Manager role
