Our client is is a leading California lemon law firm known for delivering powerful results and building exceptional attorneys. We are seeking a driven Trial Attorney who thrives in the courtroom, handles cases with confidence, and wants a key role in high-impact litigation.

At our firm you won't sit on the sidelines like most senior attorneys at Big Law firms. We provide intensive, direct trial training, teaching you how to master the California Rules of Civil Procedure and know your way around a courtroom like second nature.

Whether you are stepping up to 2nd chair or taking the lead as 1st chair , we offer the support, push, and courtroom access you need to take high-stakes depositions, sharpen your advocacy skills, and rapidly grow into an elite trial attorney.

What You'll Do

• Lead Courtroom Proceedings: Serve as lead (1st chair) or second chair in jury and bench trials, actively arguing cases from jury selection to verdict.

• Master High-Stakes Depositions: Conduct and defend crucial, high-impact depositions, including expert witnesses, corporate representatives, and key fact witnesses.

• Drive Case Strategy & Motion Practice: Draft and argue critical pre-trial motions, motions in limine, and post-trial motions while navigating complex rules of civil procedure.

• Trial Preparation & Advocacy: Manage trial strategy, witness prep, and exhibit management while mastering courtroom presence.

• Negotiate & Litigate: Represent clients in high-stakes hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on strategy while guiding junior attorneys in litigation prep.

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar membership in good standing

• Atleast 2+ years in Lemon law or consumer protection litigation (must)

• Demonstrated trial experience (lead or second chair ) or a strong desire to transition directly into a courtroom-heavy practice

• Strong oral advocacy skills and a natural, confident courtroom presence

• Deep understanding (or eagerness to master) the Rules of Civil Procedure and trial procedure

• Ability to handle high-stakes depositions, manage cases independently, and perform under pressure

Preferred:

• Experience with lemon law or consumer protection litigation

• Experience handling jury trials

• Federal court experience and/or admissions
