Boohoff Law is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply check boxes and wait for the next assignment. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized professional who understands litigation, anticipates what an attorney will need next, and takes genuine ownership of their work.

You’ll work closely with a senior litigation attorney on complex personal injury cases and have the opportunity to become an integral part of the litigation process.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with a senior litigation attorney supporting personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, court dates, and critical litigation timelines.
• Draft and coordinate discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare documents, exhibits, and materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation events.
• File documents and manage filings through state and federal e-filing portals.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and vendors.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date electronic case files.
• Monitor cases closely and proactively identify upcoming deadlines, missing information, and potential issues.
• Keep the attorney informed and prepared so they can focus on litigation strategy and advocacy.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who knows personal injury litigation and can operate with a high degree of ownership and independence.

Required:

• ** 2+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience ** preferred.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury litigation process.
• Working knowledge of Florida automobile insurance laws and bodily injury claims .
• Experience with discovery, pleadings, depositions, mediations, court filings, and litigation deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with legal technology and electronic filing systems.
• Professional, dependable, and accountable work style.
