BCBA Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of RBTs
Design function based interventions
Lead data collection to analyze therapy effectiveness
BCBA Position Qualifications
At least one year of experience practicing as a BCBA preferred but not required, preferably working with children with ASD
At least one year of experience working in a leadership role preferred but not required, preferably overseeing RBTs
