Description – What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated lab tests across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, strictly adhering to defined protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure that lab equipment is meticulously maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for diagnostic assessments as needed.
• Thoroughly document procedures, mentor newcomers or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure that your work environment remains clean and safe while complying with all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hire date.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
