Acquire a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree, along with plans for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
