Job Description Voor een van onze klanten in de regio Kortrijk zoeken wij een Salesforce Administrator met ervaring in Sales Cloud en Marketing Cloud. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van hun Salesforce-omgeving en ondersteun je Sales- en Marketingteams in hun dagelijkse werking. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat Salesforce efficiënt, stabiel en gebruiksvriendelijk blijft. De functie vereist een sterke hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om minstens drie dagen per week on-site in Kortrijk aanwezig te zijn. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van Sales Cloud en Marketing Cloud
- Onderhouden van gebruikersbeheer: rollen, profielen, permissies en datakwaliteit
- Opzetten en verbeteren van automation flows, validatieregels, workflows en dashboards
- Ondersteunen van Sales en Marketing bij campagnes, lead flows en rapportering
- Troubleshooting van technische issues en opvolgen van integraties
- Opleiden en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers; opstellen van documentatie en best practices
- Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen het Salesforce-platform
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Salesforce Administrator
- Sterke kennis van Sales Cloud én ervaring met Marketing Cloud
- Vlot in het configureren van Flows, dashboards en rapportage
- Analytisch, communicatief en klantgericht
- Bereid om minstens 3 dagen per week in Kortrijk aanwezig te zijn
- Salesforce-certificeringen (Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, ...) zijn een plus
