eCommerce Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day processing, administration, and servicing of the bank's Treasury Management and electronic banking products and services. Ensures transactions, account maintenance, and operational activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Provides knowledgeable, professional support to business and commercial customers, Treasury Management staff, and bank employees.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and support Treasury Management products and services for business and commercial customers accurately and within established timeframes. Provide operational support for services including ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, mobile banking, eAlerts, online banking, bill payment, and other Treasury Management products and services offered by the bank.

Perform daily maintenance of Treasury Management and electronic banking services, including customer additions, changes, and deletions, while ensuring appropriate documentation and authorization requirements are met.

Review daily operational reports and electronic banking activity to identify exceptions, transaction issues, trends, or items requiring follow-up. Monitor customer activity and product usage as appropriate to support accurate processing, operational controls, and effective service delivery.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and bank employees by providing guidance and support related to Treasury Management products, electronic banking services, and established operational procedures.

Respond to customer and employee inquiries promptly and professionally, researching issues and providing accurate and timely resolution. Escalate complex issues or exceptions to the appropriate individual when necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating clearly, providing appropriate follow-up, and keeping customers and internal partners informed of issues that may affect service or processing.

Maintain and follow departmental operating procedures to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency within Treasury Management Operations.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, industry requirements, bank policies, internal controls, and established departmental procedures.


Maintain effective working relationships with Treasury Management staff, team members, and other departments to support coordinated service and a positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance customer and employee experiences. Perform additional Treasury Management operational duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years banking and/or banking operations experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications
• Accurate with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
