Electrical Foreman Charlotte, North Carolina About the Role FZ is a team of experienced electrical professionals providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services in various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, commercial, and data centers. This onsite project leader ensures successful project completion by supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities Ensure workplace safety and communicate potential risks. Perform as a skilled tradesperson, delivering quality work under time constraints. Serve as a resource for crew members, identifying issues, providing solutions, and allocating tasks. Coach, train, and mentor crews in a respectful manner. Serve as a problem solver, prioritizing and delegating tasks during emergencies. Build relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and coworkers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in installing complex electrical systems. 3+ years of supervisory experience leading crews. Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC code, permit requirements, and safety procedures. Proficient reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with Bluebeam. Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
