Manufacturing Engineer

Will work with production on introducing and maintaining process improvements. Aids in the training and know-how of facilities capital equipment to other employees. Be a key person in helping to develop employees and filling in skill set gaps. Develop, propose, and execute beneficial cost reduction activities. Must have ERP experience. MRP is helpful. Research & develop best practice manufacturing processes Determine proper tooling and equipment necessary to perform each assembly process with DFM in mind Continuously improve manufacturing processes by analyzing and planning workflow Work with sales, engineering, and production to identify areas of continuous improvement Help oversee the process of updates of documentation and training where needed. Complete and or oversee special projects as assigned Identify, develop, implement, improve and monitor Manufacturing Engineering initiatives and methods Help to establish standardized work Propose fixtures to improve production activities Help develop training programs for employees Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics #J-18808-Ljbffr
