THE ROLE

Vibee is looking for a Seasonal Operations Lead to provide excellent customer service and lead our seasonal Brand Ambassador's in our VIP Experience's. This position will lead the team while working closely with Supervisor(s) and Venue Manager(s) to ensure amazing VIP Guest experience through venue activation. This position will report to the Venue Manager(s). This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine venue walkthroughs throughout the operating day to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, operational standards are maintained, and any issues are identified and escalated to the Onsite Operations Supervisor in a timely manner
• Monitor staff coverage and notify Supervisors of gaps or concerns
• Ensure operational areas remain organized, clean, and activation-ready
• Reinforce operational expectations, appearance standards, and guest service behaviors
• Monitor guest flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Assist with inventory checks and equipment accountability
• Support implementation of venue procedures and operational initiatives
• Actively engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
• Support Supervisors in managing VIP arrivals and special activations as directed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the venue
• Assist in monitoring compliance with venue policies and safety standards
• Report hazards, incidents, or operational risks immediately
• Support emergency response procedures when necessary
• Monitor radio communication and determine appropriate response to operational needs
• Create daily task assignments for Supervisor to approve
• Provide break coverage for team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 -2 years of experience in event production, retail activations or onsite operations
• Strong leadership, floor management and communication skills
• Ability to work long hours with a flexible schedule, accommodating operational needs
• Capable of responding professionally to changes and unexpected situations in a dynamic event environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments on site at our events
• May sit for extended periods of time and work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
• Must be willing to travel as required

Hiring Salary Range: $22.00 - 24.00 USD
