*Patient Service Representative (Radiology/MRI)*

*Position Overview: *
TEKsystems is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to support the expansion of their imaging services team.
*Description*

* Register patients accurately within the Epic System
* Verify physician orders and prepare patients for imaging procedures
* Collect and process consent forms in compliance with policies
* Provide exceptional front-line customer service to patients and family member
* Manage check-in flow for scheduled MRI appointments
* Operate independently during evening and weekend shifts with minimal supervision
*Required Qualifications: *

* 3-5 years of patient registration or patient access experience
* Proficiency with Epic systems
* Associate's degree preferred
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and mange responsibilities in low-staffed environments
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Pediatric registration experience
Emergency Department (ED) registration experience
Experience handling high-stress patient interactions
Associate's Degree required for PSR III
*Available Shifts: *

* Weekend Roles
* Saturday and Sunday from 7:00AM to 7:00PM (12 hour shifts)


* Weekday Evening Roles
* Monday to Friday from 4:00PM to 8:00PM

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
