Enrollment Specialist

To support adult learners in achieving their academic goals, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will build trusted relationships with prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and communicate the value of various academic programs while ensuring a positive student experience. Key responsibilities Master the enrollment process, including financial aid, to assist prospective students effectively Communicate program value propositions and assist students in making informed decisions about their education Utilize critical thinking to resolve student issues and maintain positive relationships to support program persistence Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 1+ year of customer service, account management, or relationship-building experience preferred 1+ year of previous admissions experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must successfully complete Enrollment Specialist training and maintain confidentiality of student data
