Van Horn Honda of Glendale has an excellent opportunity for a part time Administrative Assistant to join our winning team!

The Administrative Assistant will fulfill a critical role in our operations by providing excellent service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing clerical support to the office and other employees.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers to the dealership and directing to the proper employee
• Answer phone calls and forwarding to the proper department
• Prepare forms, letters and documents for the dealership
• Maintains necessary files
• Scanning paperwork for processed car deals
• Providing clerical support to the office and other employees

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn dealership computer programs and software
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
