Care Team Coordinator

Senior Helpers is seeking a dependable and organized Care Team Coordinator to oversee caregivers, manage scheduling, and support training and client care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage caregiver scheduling, callouts, shift changes, and weekend/on-call coverage.
• Maintain accurate caregiver availability and records in scheduling software.
• Coordinate new caregiver introductions and first client visits.
• Conduct caregiver orientations, skills assessments, and ongoing training
• Review timesheets and care logs to ensure compliance with care plans
• Support caregiver recognition and team morale.
• Work closely with the care team to resolve staffing and client-care concerns.
• MUST work as a CAREGIVER if needed

Qualifications:

• Healthcare background preferred (CNA, LPN, nursing, or related field).
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous caregiver training or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment..
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
