$1909.44/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated MS/Tele RN to provide compassionate patient care during night shifts in a fast-paced medical surgical and telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and effective bedside manner to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols. Monitor patient vital signs, respond to changes, and document findings accurately using electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and deliver comprehensive patient services. Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including mandatory drug screening, licensure, and certification verification. Complete required labs and documentation within specified timeframes to support continuous patient care. Qualifications: Valid RN license in hand, with certification verification prior to start. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry environment. Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and adapt to travel requirements if applicable. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and capability to work independently. Knowledge of Altera charting system preferred but not required.
