Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I
Location: Carson City, NV (Relocating to Reno, NV in early November 2026)

About the Role

Support daily manufacturing operations by working hands-on with production equipment, managing materials, and maintaining quality standards. You'll get exposure to multiple areas of the operation—perfect if you're looking to build real manufacturing experience.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment (SMT machines, screening equipment, etc.)
• Load, unload, and stage materials for production runs
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate production records
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
• Pull and organize materials to keep production flowing smoothly
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report problems to supervisors
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily production goals
• Participate in training and team meetings

What We Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interfaces
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
• Willingness to learn—we'll train the right attitude

• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
