Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in the state of Ohio.

Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage a robust pipeline.

Strong comfort level with high-volume outbound calling and relationship building.

Proficiency in common insurance quoting software and CRM platforms.

Natural ability to listen to client concerns and provide clear, simple solutions.

Prior background in a performance-driven sales environment is a plus.
