Job Description Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our Lima, OH location. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office, performing accurate data entry tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting our team of dedicated professionals working to safeguard our water resources for our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answering Phones: Take messages, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. General Administrative Support and Office Maintenance: Keep up with office supplies inventory stock levels and reorder requests in Coupa procurement software. Assist walk‑in customer to receive samples and chain‑of‑custody forms. Process Customer Credit Card Payments. Document Management: This may include filing, copying, data entry, and document retrieval. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines to ensure the office runs smoothly. Qualifications HS Diploma Strong organizational and multitasking skills High level of attention to detail, ability to audit your work and others for accuracy Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Skills in Microsoft Excel preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented and proactive problem solver Experience in customer service Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing and speaking Additional Information Position is part‑time, Monday‑Friday 12:00 PM‑5:00 PM. Position is located at our Lima, OH site. Position Pay Range is $17.50‑$18.50/hr but will be reviewed based on experience. We support your development!
