You will deliver HR services across benefits, employee relations, onboarding, and compensation support in a small, nonprofit Critical Access hospital. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, healthcare HR experience preferred, SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
