• Experience: 2+ years ER experience in a Level I Trauma Center, preferred experience in stroke and STEMI-certified facilities

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency care to patients in a high-volume, trauma-certified environment
• Triage patients and interpret dysrhythmias accurately
• Administer emergency medications and perform procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, and mental health holds
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care using EPIC electronic health records system
• Float to various units as needed and support staff during busy shifts
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of ER nursing experience, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Comfort with ER procedures, trauma, pediatric, and psych emergency care
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset
