What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in a Level I Trauma Center
• Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient needs effectively
• Interpret dysrhythmias, administer emergency medications, and assist with procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document care using EPIC, and utilize Pyxis for medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely, quality care
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment handling various emergency scenarios

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active)
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience, preferably in trauma or stroke-certified settings
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Strong clinical skills in emergency assessment, treatment, and documentation
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
