Responsibilities
- Perform Buffer Prep Operator I tasks with increased independence and ownership
- Support advanced processes including column packing, resin preparation, and tank operations
- Execute cycle counts and lead continuous improvement projects such as 5S activities
- Identify and implement ergonomic and process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write English, and perform basic arithmetic
- Capacity to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs safely
- 1 year buffer prep manufacturing in regulated environment preferred
- Experience with PPE protocols and GDP documentation preferred
