The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $165,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThe Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance is a valuable contributor on our dynamic Global Finance team helping to deliver financial insights & reports to the CFO & Converse Leadership team. In this role you will partner closely with functional and geo leaders across the world to support creation and execution of Converse strategies. You will be part of Global Finance team responsible for bringing together insightful, financially disciplined analysis to support the Converse transformation agenda. You must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail paired with the ability to see the bigger picture, a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and help evolve the department and how we service our internal stakeholders. The candidate needs to have extensive experience in financial modeling and requires expert Excel skills, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field. You will have direct responsibility for developing and maintaining financial models and delivering financial analysis to support leadership decision making.
