Program Manager, Cancer Care Innovation

Role Description

The Program Manager provides end-to-end management of cross-functional programs and projects, from planning and scoping through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates work across internal and external partners, manages timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensures programs align with organizational and partner goals. The Program Manager, with input from the broader program team, establishes effective operating frameworks, prepares leadership communications and reports using high-quality data, and uses data to guide timely execution across initiatives.

This is a 100% remote role. Candidates can reside anywhere in the United States. Strong preference will be given to central and eastern time zone applicants.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support national rollout and scale of the ACTS program, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and impact across markets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners.
• Build and manage relationships with healthcare systems, community partners, and industry stakeholders, including supporting presentations and ongoing partnership development.
• Use data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Contribute to external-facing initiatives, representing the program in meetings, conferences, and partner engagements as appropriate.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities, streamline communication, and drive program execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare and cancer care ecosystem to inform program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Degree: Master's Degree
• Certificate(s) or License(s): PMP Certification preferred
• Years of experience: 3 to 5 years

• Strong program and project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to decision-making.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional travel may be required (generally no more than to 10–20%).

Physical Requirements

• Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; ability to travel as necessary.

Benefits

• The starting rate is $84,000-$93,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
