Position Summary

The HR Coordinator is responsible for owning the recruitment and onboarding processes while providing administrative support across Human Resources operations. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding administration, new hire documentation, and pre-employment processes. The ideal candidate will have Human Resources experience with a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. This individual must be highly organized, customer-service focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Essential Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions. Create, maintain, and optimize job postings across recruiting platforms, including Indeed and ADP Workforce Now. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and extend offer letters and employment documentation. Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support hiring managers by providing recruiting updates and candidate recommendations. Assist with recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and workforce planning activities as needed. Onboarding & New Hire Administration

Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through new hire orientation. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements. Prepare and administer onboarding paperwork and employment documentation. Ensure completion of I-9, E-Verify, and all required employment forms. Coordinate onboarding schedules and new hire orientation activities. Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records. Partner with hiring managers to promote a positive onboarding experience and successful transition for new hires. HR Administration

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives. Support employee engagement activities and HR projects as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

2+ years of Human Resources experience required. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative functions. Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews. Experience managing employment documentation and personnel records. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications

2-4 years of Human Resources experience with recruiting and onboarding responsibilities strongly preferred. Experience supporting multiple locations or a multi-state workforce. Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms. Experience with hiring in Canada. Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements. SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward certification preferred. What We're Looking For
