We are a fast-growing apparel company specializing in the ladies' fashion market. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong client relationships while working closely with our Costing, Production, Shipping, and Design teams to deliver exceptional service and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, buyers, and business partners.
• Leverage existing relationships with buyers to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Schedule and coordinate buyer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare for buyer meetings by organizing samples, CADs, colors, inventory information, and other needed materials.
• Prepare pricing proposals, line sheets, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Gathered top-selling items and distributed them to other divisions as required.
• Compile and review inventory reports and sales reports for each account and provide updates to upper management.
• Manage showroom schedules and customer meetings, as well as facilitate internal meetings with Sales & other teams.
• Keep customer information and sales activities updated in the AMT & Private PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales support, account management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience establishing and achieving sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident decisionmaker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Understands production processes, delivery schedules, and sales calendar planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, or textile industry is preferred.
