Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our private general practice. As a growing multi-location group, this role offers meaningful opportunities for advancement and growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with treatment planning, case presentation, dental insurance, billing, and financial coordination.

You should be comfortable explaining diagnoses and the “why” behind recommended treatment, presenting comprehensive and high-value cases, discussing insurance benefits and financing options, and helping patients move forward with care in an empathetic, professional manner.

We are also open to less experienced treatment coordinators, closers and dental assistants who are ready to take the next step in their dental career.

Responsibilities include:

• Presenting and coordinating comprehensive and high-value treatment plans, including cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and other complex cases
• Providing patients with clear explanations of treatment, insurance benefits, financial options, and third-party financing
• Building trust and rapport while confidently addressing questions and concerns
• Working closely with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and an exceptional patient experience
• Presenting treatment and patient updates in morning huddles
• Reviewing reports, KPIs, and practice performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of dental insurance verification, billing, allowances, waiting periods, and revenue cycle processes
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
• Professional, kind, confident, and genuinely passionate about dentistry
